Feng Shui
Feng Shui is an ancient practice designed to enhance prosperity and health through curing and rearranging your home. During our consultations, we will be able to provide guidelines on how to improve areas in your life where you may feel stagnant; such as, work, relationships, and health.
At Autumn + Emerald we are able to provide online consultations. The report would include furniture placement and cures specific to your space. Additional Feng Shui services that could be added to your report is a colour consultation using Feng Shui principles. Separate services include home positioning on your lot, and landscaping placement. We would provide communication and the final report via email and phone.
All services have transitioned to online only.
WHAT TO EXPECT
INITIAL | COMPLIMENTARY
30 minutes to 1-hour – phone conversation
+ Consultant and client relationship introduction
+ Discuss what services client will require, and total pricing
+ Client will receive via email: Invoice, Photo Waiver Form, Questionnaire Form
+ Explain forms, and familiarize client with the upcoming events
CONSULTATION | FROM $200/ROOM
2 hours+ – email and phone conversation
+ Consultant to receive all completed Forms from client at least 10 business days prior to appointment
+ Consultant will assess home through forms, photos and floor plans
+ Written report will identify challenges and how to improve and enhance your space
+ Consultant will call on appointment to discuss report
+ Book optional Follow-Up appointment (approximately 3 months after Consultation)
FOLLOW-UP | $200
1 hour – phone conversation
+ Client to fill out Follow-Up form and email along with current photos of home
+ Consultant to receive all completed Forms from client at least 1 business day prior to appointment
+ Consultant will call on appointment to discuss feedback
+ Option to add Annual Consultation, book appointment 1 year after Follow-Up
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
COLOUR PLAN | $50/ROOM
+ Client to choose rooms to apply colour consultation
+ Consultant will assess home through photos and floor plans
+ Written report on Colour Plan to enhance natural elements based on location of each room
+ Consultant will call on appointment to discuss report
LANDSCAPING PLACEMENT | $100/1000 SQFT
+ Client to send pictures of lot, address and site plan
+ Consultant will assess home through photos and location
+ Written report on Landscaping Placement
+ Consultant will call on appointment to discuss report
HOME POSITION | $100/LOT
+ Client to send pictures of lot, address and site plan
+ Consultant will assess home position from location of lot
+ Written report on Home Position on lot
+ Consultant will call on appointment to discuss report
ANNUAL CONSULTATION | $200/YEAR

CONSULTATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Feng Shui is an ancient art and science developed in China. It is a complex and unique practice of understanding and harnessing the powerful energy force (called Qi) in order to promote a better quality of life. Applying Feng Shui in one’s home or business can help achieve specific goals, such as better health, a happier family or a more successful business.
The Feng Shui diagnosis and suggested recommendations are based on highly accurate probabilities. Although most clients benefit from the power of Feng Shui, expected results are not guaranteed. The advice and information given is intended for educational purposes only. It is not intended to replace the services of your physician, or to provide an alternative to professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
The decision to apply our recommendations and Feng Shui cures is the client’s own responsibility. Autumn + Emerald is not liable for any loss, damage of properties, or bodily injuries that may occur after the consultation.
Please note: Consultation pricing will be determined at Initial consultation (variables such as size of home, and supply fees, if applicable, will affect total pricing). $50 non-refundable deposit fee is required prior to booking Consultation appointment and commencing report. Remaining payment is due after your Consultation appointment is complete. If payments are delayed, appointments and receiving reports will be delayed. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation; any cancellations within 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur a $100 fee. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
